Thank you for shopping at Vellas. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through vellas.uk.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Processing may take longer during busy periods or promotional events.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is:

7–15 business days after your order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Available shipping options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and products ordered.

Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotions.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Tracking may take 2–5 business days to update after shipment.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages. You may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different dates.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Vellas does not control customs charges or customs-processing times.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Contact us immediately at contact@vellas.uk if you need to correct your address.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been processed or shipped.

Vellas is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned because of incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delayed or Lost Orders

Please contact us if your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery period.

Include your:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Shipping address
  • Tracking number

We may need to contact the shipping carrier and complete an investigation before issuing a replacement or refund.

Packages Marked as Delivered

When tracking shows that a package has been delivered, please check:

  • Around the delivery location
  • With household members
  • With neighbours
  • With the local shipping carrier

Some carriers may update tracking before the package is physically delivered. Please allow up to 48 hours before contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number and clear photographs or videos of the item, packaging and shipping label.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
